Summary: The publication presents the results of determining the possible main indicators of postnatal development of the offspring of experimental animals that received different doses of the studied drug propoxazepam, which has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. According to the results of the study of the postnatal development of the offspring of females administered propoxazepam in three doses, it was established that according to some criteria of physical development and data of emotional-motor behavior in animals of all experimental groups, probable changes were noted in comparison with the corresponding indicators of the norm for this species of animals. At the same time, there were no visible external malformations in the studied animals that could manifest themselves in the postnatal period of life, and no differences between the control and all experimental groups regarding the sensorimotor reflexes of the offspring.
