
Розвиток професійно-технічної освіти регіону на засадах публічно-приватного партнерства

Summary: The scientific and analytical publication is devoted to the issues of substantiating the methodological and organizational foundations of the development of the system of vocational and technical education in the region on the basis of public-private partnership. The publication highlights the foreign experience of the collective-contractual approach to the management of the development of vocational and technical education institutions, substantiates the directions of its implementation in Ukraine, outlines the current trends and challenges of the development of vocational and technical education at the regional level, analyzes the current and prospective structure of the economy of Lviv region in the context of identifying needs in the workforce, innovative institutional tools for the development of vocational and technical education in the region on the basis of public-private partnership are outlined. Prospective forms and elements of a collective-contractual approach to the management of the functioning of vocational and technical education institutions of the region are determined —supervisory boards, public formations, social-labor and educational partnership, involvement of employers’ associations, use of the institute of qualifications, creation of coordination and interaction agencies, industry-professional expert commissions, councils for the development of qualifications and professional skills. The substantiation of the applied institutional and legal principles of the formation and functioning of supervisory boards in the system of professional and technical education of the region is carried out.
