Summary: The book presents the results of investigations of the species composition, ecological and biomorphological structure and reproductive strategy of bryophytes depending on the ecological conditions at the anthropogenically changed areas of Yaziv, Nemyriv and Podorozhne sulfur deposits, the oil and gas condensate field in Boryslav, of rock dumps of Chervonograd Industrial Mining Region and tailings storage of the Stebnyk Mining and Chemical Enterprise «Polymineral». The seasonal dynamics of the bryophyte cover, the spectrum of life forms and life strategies of mosses at the technogenically changed territories was established. Peculiarities of sexual structure and reproductive strategy of mosses depending on the influence of ecological factors of technogenic ecotopes was revealed. It was determined the participation of bryophytes in the revitalization of anthropogenically transformed territories: changes of water and temperature microregime, acidity, accumulation of macro- and microelements in the upper layer of technogenic substrates.
