Summary: The monograph contains summarized results of the implementation of the project ‘Jean Monnet Transcarpathian Center for Studying European Development Strategies at Uzhhorod National University’ (2020-2023). The conceptual aspects of the dynamics and effectiveness of Ukraine’s European integration progress in the conditions of Russian aggression are studied. Attention is focused on the processes of dialectical development and development of the security strategy of Ukraine and the use of the experience of the neighboring countries of the Carpathian region. The analysis and generalization of the experience of the EU countries in solving the problems of migration and demography, which is used by Ukraine to minimize the existing challenges during the war between Russia and Ukraine, was carried out. The use of European development strategies in ensuring the innovative orientation of education in the context of modern challenges and trends is studied. The project of the UzhNU Development Strategy for the period 2023-2032 was developed based on the analysis of the experience and practices of the best universities in European countries and the leading higher education institutions of Ukraine.
