Summary: The collection comprises the materials of the International scientific and practical conference «Development of Ukraine under the Impact of War: Socio-Legal, Economic and Ecological Aspects», initiated by the State Institution «V. Mamutov Institute of Economic and Legal Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine» and held on March 28,2023 in cooperation with the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine, Ukrainian and foreign civil society organizations with the financial support of the Government of Japan. The collection presents the results of scientific and practical research, which provide proposals and recommendations for the development of socio-economic and ecological areas of relations under the military impact. They consider new approaches to formation of a system of legal methods and means of ensuring the economic security of the country, functioning of economic entities under the military threats and circumstances of relocation, protection of human rights in economics under martial law and during the post-war recovery, improvement of the rapidly affected by the war public welfare, and protection of environment, undergoing a multifaceted negative impact.
