Summary: The monograph draws the reader’s attention to the most widespread problems characterising the current state of law-making in Ukraine, identifying a significant asymmetry compared to EU practice in the methodological approaches to drafting normative legal acts. This has led to the substantiation of a number of proposals regarding priority directions for improving the national law-making system.
