Summary: This monograph is the result of collective work of scientists, analyzing current state, trends and threats of spreading socially dangerous diseases in Ukrainian society and in the world, main foreign theoretical conceptual models of behavior change, which are most often used in the fi eld of health care refarding socially dangerous infections prevention. Interconnection between dynamics of spreading socially dangerous diseases and social inequalities and behavioral strategies of patients in war in Ukraine context is revealed. Main population groups behavior patterns that are in risk zone of TB, HIV, hepatitis, STD infection because of spreading socially dangerous diseases are determined. Correlation between the models/types of risk groups behavior and the factors that influenced their formation is manifested. Proposition is made to consider countermeasures for socially dangerous diseases not in terms of medical measures, but in terms of complex political, managerial, economic, social, medical, humanitarian, and cultural problem, unfeasable to solve with purely medical methods and sectoral management.
