Summary: The collection presents the abstracts of reports of the XXI Conference on High-Energy Physics and Nuclear Physics, which took place from February 21 to 24, 2023, in Kharkiv. The materials of the reports are related to the following areas of experimental and theoretical research: physics of the nucleus and elementary particles at intermediate and high energies, fundamental and applied research on the structure of the nucleus; interaction of particles with single crystals and amorphous substances; physics of detectors; development of charged particle accelerators; application of computer technologies in physical research; environmental ecology.
