Summary: The monograph presents the results of experimental and theoretical studies of hydrogen-sorbing systems (metals, alloys, fullerites). The conditions of phase transitions were studied, phase diagrams were constructed, the solubility of hydrogen was calculated, and the temperature redistribution of hydrogen atoms over interstices of various types was studied. Experimental and theoretical studies of the interaction of fullerenes with hydrogen and metals are described. The energy states of hydrogen in fullerites and methods for the synthesis of hydrofullerenes are considered. Phase transformations in alkali metal fullerides have been studied.
