Summary: The book contains the materials of the International scientific conferences «Dialectology in the structure of linguistic knowledge» (Kyiv, April 19—20, 2018) and «Slavic dialects in synchrony and diachrony» (Kyiv, May 23—24, 2019). The issue of the methodology of dialectological research, the scope and nature of the linguistic information of the elements of the speech structure and the analysis of individual linguistic phenomena are considered. The relevance of expanding the formats of making available dialect information in the form of linguographic, lexicographic and descriptive works are described. The problems of creating registers of dialect phenomena are outlined. The formation of the latest information databases and corpora with the use of web technologies in dialectological studios, which involves new approaches to the formation of an empirical research base. The importance of studying dialectal phenomena against the all-Slavic background is emphasized. Many of articles are devoted to the analysis of individual dialect phenomena at different linguistic levels in synchrony and diachrony. The study of the language systems of translocal dialects is presented in separate surveys. The information about the history of dialectological scientific schools and the activities of famous dialectologists are presented. The research by representatives of dialectological centers from all over Ukraine and as linguists from abroad are includes in the collection.
