Summary: A competitive strategy for the development of renewable energy in Ukraine was considered before its implementation. The key task that the authors set before themselves was to scientifically justify and develop a strategy for the development of renewable energy based on their own innovative production technologies and the search for renewable energy and environmental resources. The results of scientific developments on the introduction of renewable energy sources without harming the environment, as well as the safe use of agricultural land, are presented. It is proposed to implement the use of unique natural complexes of constituent elements of renewable energy — solar and wind energy. For the first time, it is proposed to implement the use of water mirrors of Preddobrudja lakes to create solar and wind stations unique in size and area, using significant water resources of the Danube River, which irreversibly flow into the Black Sea. For the first time in Ukraine, the possibility of using the water mirrors of the Dzharylgach Bay and the Tendrivsky estuary to create superpower solar plants in a complex with wind turbines on their areas has been presented. In addition, it is proposed to use the Dnieper waters, which also flow irreversibly into the Black Sea, for the production of green hydrogen. For the first time, the possibility and justified technology for the introduction of white natural hydrogen is considered. The implementation of the above developments, as well as the use of a unique complex of natural capacities owned by the state, guarantee Ukraine to become in the future the most powerful producer of renewable energy sources of the XXI century for its own needs and the needs of the European consumer.
