Summary: The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of the problems of organizing the transformation processes of the Ukrainian socio-economic environment in the context of scientific and innovative development, highlighting the features of increasing the potential of the readiness of the economic system of Ukraine for future knowledge-intensive production, and the formation of a qualitatively new scientific and innovative potential of society. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the introduction of a new model of state science and innovation policy in Ukraine are substantiated, the features of such a policy in a strategic perspective under the conditions of globalization of science- intensive processes and the Ukrainian present are determined.
