Summary: The monograph defines the essence and features of the system of environmentally safe nature use and reveals the principles and approaches to it as a concept. The strategic priorities of environmentally safe nature use, strategic vectors for achieving sustainability in the waste management sector are outlined, and structural and dynamic shifts in the country's development during the post-war socio-ecological and economic recovery are also investigated. Mechanisms for implementing the system of environmentally safe nature use into the practice of post-war economic activity are developed. A toolkit for economic stimulation of environmentally safe land use as a basic element of the economic mechanism in the post-war recovery period of Ukraine is proposed. An algorithm for institutional support for the innovative development of environmentally safe water use is presented. The features of institutional support for the innovative development of social investment on the principles of a circular economy are substantiated. The role and significance of innovation, education and cultural policy in the paradigm of institutional support for the system of environmentally safe nature use are determined. The features of adapting the institutional structure of environmentally safe nature management to the requirements of EU environmental directives are considered and directions for improving the system of environmentally safe use and protection of natural resources in the post-war period of Ukraine’s recovery are proposed.
