Summary: In this monograph, several fundamental issues of contemporary physics were touched, such as: notion of the space; dogma of space-time continuum; discreteness of space; accounting of electric and magnet dipole currents of physical vacuum; generation of particles with negative mass, etc. It turned out that all the above issues are mutually tied, which enforced an adequate consideration. The main motivation was an attempt to investigate theoretically the main consequences of the substitution of a continuum space-time by its discrete analogue. In turn, the main reason for that is potential observability (measurement) of the small, but finite time and distance intervals, which means the discrete space-time observability. The book is started with redefining the space notion and its description in terms of coordinate system, continuum/discrete structure of space and adequate mathematical tools, based on proper modification of the well-established equations of relativistic theories, such as Klein-Gordon and Dirac Equations. On the basis of the results obtained, we discuss a possibility of matter particles generation with positive and negative masses within the frame of nowadays relativistic theories, as well as extraction of such particles (matter) from discrete physical vacuum due to its spontaneous decay or due to strong external fields applied with a sufficient energy.
