Summary: The book is devoted to the development of a new generation of bioactive composite systems capable of delivering bioactive drugs directly to the site of absorption with an adjustable rate of release of the active component and increased efficiency of penetration of active ingredients (medicines, nutrients) into cells (or tissues). As a carrier, pyrogenic nanosilica and its modified forms are mainly considered and the control of the properties of composites takes place by means of varying the hydrophobic-hydrophilic interactions, as well as the processes of cluster formation of aqueous and aqueous-organic systems that are part of the composites, and their influence on the phase state of the components.
