Summary: The modern theory of the structure and properties of water as the main component of nature is considered. The provisions of the new theory of water, created on the basis of the basic postulates of quantum electrodynamics by the outstanding theoretical physicist J. Preparation, as well as original researches of other famous scientists and own scientific developments in the field of water physics and quantum physics of living things are used. The fundamental issues of the dynamics of resonant and quantum-interference phenomena in water and water systems are highlighted. Topics covered include: coherent and superpositional states, entanglement in the water environment; features of interaction of water elements and nanostructures of a living organism at ultralow energy level, connection between presence of water memory and nanoassociates in water ultrahigh dilutions (homeopathic preparations), role of organism biofield in creation of such structures, and also questions of reasons and possibilities of low energy nuclear reactions in a coherent environment and in a living organism. Recommendations for the application of some of the provisions considered in this paper in the food industry are given.
