Summary: The integrated management of coastal zone and ocean (CZO) resorces is considered from the view point of systems approach/ Systems modeling and management concept and suggested aimed on the sustainable balance between the economic profitability and ecological limitation of the CZO natural resorces use. The method of adaptive balance of causes (ABC-method) reprezented as the most perspective at the construction of marine ecosystem models and ecological-economic models of the seashore systems. Examples of this method implementation for the development scenarios predictuon and management are presented. The concept of resource's potentials, conditional upon the different technologies of their use, is introduced for the CZO. Models descriing the bioresources variability for the North-West of the Black Sea Shelf zone are suggested. General model for the CZO recreational resources is built, allowing to predict the profitability of their use.
