Summary: The monograph is proposed the general theory of geodetic measurements at the prescribed accuracy of calculations is systematized. A necessary fundamental aspects of the probability theory and the mathematical statistics that are used as initial mathematical approach for the measurement errors theory and the least squares method are presented. The processing methods of measurements results are described. The application of the regularization theory for problems of geodetic measurements adjustment is considered. The statistical methods of measurements processing are represented from the modern point of view on the basis of the functional analysis with consideration of influence of rounding errors on calculations accuracy.
