Summary: The results of theoretical and experimental studies of radiophysical characteristics of the environment and objects in it (EPR, spectra, distribution laws and their models) at different frequencies of millimeter and centimeter wave ranges at different polarizations of radiation and reception are considered. Informative signs for detection and recognition of different types of objects, states of the sea surface and ice cover are given.
