Summary: The XXI-st. Conference on New Trends in High – Energy Physics, organized by the Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretical Physics (Kiev) and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (Dubna), was held in hotel “Druzhba / Kurpaty”, Yalta on September 15-22, 2006 (http://crimea2007.bitp.kiev.ua).The present Proceedings contain written contributions to the Conference lectures, reviews and original talks grouped as experimental, phenomenological and theoretical ones. Within each group, the contributions are ordered according to the logic of the conference program. To speed up the publication, we minimized the editorial intervention.
