Summary: The monograph highlights the meaningful features of the system of scenario-synergistic dominants of environmental security. The theoretical and methodological principles of reforming scenario-synergistic dominants of socio-ecological-safe nature management in modern conditions are given. A systematic classification of dominants of ecologically safe nature use according to scenario-synergistic features is proposed. Peculiarities of the processes of transformation of the system of the specified dominants have been studied, criteria and indicators of their implementation have been formed. International approaches to the development of mechanisms for improving scenario-synergistic dominants of socio-ecologically safe nature use, primarily institutional, in the field of natural resource protection, and aimed at preventing global transformations of the natural environment, were analyzed. The peculiarities of the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism for achieving ecologically safe development in global conditions are given, the role and significance of the financial space in the concept of ecological safety, which provides opportunities for the implementation of the tasks of building an effective system of its guarantee, is defined.
