Summary: As part of the study, the ecological and climatic vulnerability of the territory has been assessed in terms of indicators, based on determining the features of climate change, the degree of climatic comfort for the population, vulnerability to adverse weather conditions, and assessing the overall state of the environmental situation. Having analyzed regulatory violations in the environmental sphere during the occupation period of the peninsula, it has been found that the largest number of offenses was recorded in the areas of use and protection of water bodies, management of industrial and household waste, and protection of protected areas. Prerequisites for internal or external migrations caused by the ecological and climatic situation and offenses in the environmental sphere have been identified. The paper provides recommendations on the response of parties concerned to ecological and climatic discrimination and possible migration processes.
